The Lancaster team is the best, Karen, Brian and Bob are great to work with. I will go to them anytime! Billing is a little tough to get to but I walk into the Lancaster office and they take care of me everytime,

This place is terrible...first I had trouble with billing...never being able to get through when calling...after several headaches finally got it worked out...even when trying to contact Young's directly with an issue might take several attempts to get through...when you finally get through they tell you someone will get back with you which they don't so you get back days later and get the same results....save yourself the trouble and find someone else to do business with...

worst ever! billing department is a constant struggle. consistently overbills. threatened collection over $42.00, which turned out to be their fault.

Can't count on them to keep there word for new equipment and only service breathing devices when you demand it which other companies do it by Medicare time frame. So which do you prefer?
