Did a fantastic job on my best suit. Better and less expensive than Filling's ever did.

Worest place ever they destroyed my $150 dress with marks all over it !!! I won't be back ! You get what you pay for!

Awful. I was lured in by the 1.99 price. Left with a blood stained coat and perfume stained blouse. Instead of telling me the stains could not be removed, Zips dry cleaned the items forever setting the stain. Previous and different dry clearner was able to remove blood without any difficulty. My clothing is ruined and I would have had better luck trying to get the stains out myself. I will not make this mistake again and will seek a more professional dry cleaner in the Lancaster area.

My old dry cleaner charged me extra for starch and creased sleeves on my shirts. I get it all for $1.19 at Zips.

$1.99 for even my winter coat. I love Zips!
