I had my house appraised for 200k, added a 30' x 40' concrete floor barn, a 12' x 20'building, all wired. And a paved parking area. I then have Mr. Ballard do an appraisal thinking atleast 210k. WRONG. He appraised it at 178k, never pulled a tape measure only took 5 pictures. RIPOFF. Use anybody but Mr. Ballard. He is not competent enough in today's market to do a fair evaluation and appraisal on any property. BEWARE.
