I have been going here for over a year, my primary doctor is here. I have always found them to be friendly, helpful and caring. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes. They are thorough and work to keep me on track with my health, my needs and answer all my questions. I am very satisfied.

I called to ask if you were accepting new patients and was told yes, with medical records. While I explained that I really do not have any, other than an OB office for 2 healthy pregnancies, and that i could still have those faxed from a different state. She then went on to tell me," well we don't accept ADD patients." I had to ask what she meant by this. Needless to say, I am appalled by her communication & she definitely needs to be trained correctly on how to offer services to new patients. Did it sound like I had some disease "ADD?" and even if I did, is it really okay to discriminate against who you treat when someone is just looking for a primary doctor? I just wanted to share this feedback. I will be looking for healthcare at a different facility due to her poor communication. The person that answers your phones is the first impression we receive from your office. This was a disgraceful impression and I will be sure to share whenever asked to recommend a doctor.
