Provided by YP.comtri county really changed after springs hospital took over. for about 2 years service there has been the pits.my family is looking for new providers.fall of last year i got fed up with the faxing of scripts which never got faxed to drug store. it was almost an every month thing with the 3 of us going there. i told them never again. put the script in my hand. i am getting a guardianship for my handicap adult son. ward F who he sees could not sign the court papers it had to be a MD. the one and only and the last time dr.
Bhaskaran seen my son i thought he was nuts. my son was born with bilateral anopthalmia {no eyes} and the first thing he said is there something wrong with his eyes. i said well you did not even look at his chart before you came in. those papers never got faxed to the lawyer. the lawyer office tried 4 times to get them faxed. 2 months later i took him to his ortho doctor and he faxed the papers the next day. i had to visit an urgent care and was told to see a vascular surgeon. i had 8 days for tri county to fax my records. i went to there office and signed the paper to send my records to surgeon. 5 days later records had not been faxed. i called tri county. had to go again and sign paper they had gave me the wrong one. i got a speeding ticket tri county put me on my last nerve when i was told there service would fax them next tue. my appt. was the next day.. they wanted me to pay them for copies. they finally faxed my papers but left out the most important one. the CT scan of my leg they made 4 weeks earlier. i had to wait an extra 30 min. in the vascular office while they tried to get the CT scan faxed. tri county support staff are incapable of doing a days work. a class of fifth graders could do better. i think tri county should pay my speeding ticket. the 1 star is for ward and the blood lab.

Provided by YP.comI made an appointment as a new patient and brought in my paper work packet and copies of lab results for the last two years. I assumed the doctor would review my information prior to my appointment and be familiar with my health problems. When I wet to my appointment the Ddoctor had none of my information. The office had not gotten my records from my former doctor and the lab results I gave them were not in my file. This wound up a wasted trip. If an office demonstrates this level of incompetence on the first visit how can anyone trust them to keep up with a persons health records on an ongoing basis.
