Only deal with Susan Collins! The young guys are rude, short, & treat you like trash just because you are there. And just because it says they buy it, it depends on who you deal with. Maybe if you're a hot chick or walk in wanting to sell the Hope Diamond for $1, the guys will work with you. Otherwise, expect attitude-bad attitude & crappy customer service.
