The absolute most horrible workplace I ever worked. The supervisors show favortism and watch out for Jackie from HR and lisa and ms.deedee! If you don't meet there expectations they will fire you in a heartbeat, with no warning. They have no structure! Their point system is ridiculous. The only good thing are some of the employees that will help you out. Because they were suppose to train you but dont do that and just expect you to just know the work. Their is barely any Leads to help. RUN AWAY....DONT LET YOUR TEMP AGENCY SEND YOU THERE!

Wow where should I begin horrible place to work for, HR is horrible favoritism is at an all time high they gossip a lot nothing's a secret they set out to fire you they pick taunt conspire against you if your not one of Jack is favorites your doomed the employee turnover is at an all time high Brandon which was the General manager was the only one you could trust outstanding human being was also conspired against he is no longer there fired him too,once again Jackie in HR Gorjett there flunky walks around with a chip on her shoulder never speaks now Jonathon is a fair dude they brought someone from outside the company to become supervisor what a slap in the face he would of made a good one don't forget Lisa she sneeks around all day and ease drops on people's conversation,s Really? This place is a joke worst place I have every worked for by far employee moral way down something needs to be done harassment on a daily no one's safe from MISS Jackie

That place is chaotic. Brian Bendle the guy over BMW is always looking for someone to place the blame on. He continues to throw a rock and hide his hand like no one knows he's creating that chaos. They have a women by the name of Georgette who gets everyone in her department fired. Lisa walks around reporting everything to Management as if she's gonna win some Brownie points. Richard bust his tail off to make sure second shift handle there end of the deal however he's short-handed quite often. Jonathan works extremely hard yet he's overlooked. Carlos is also a hard worker whom they use to the fullest, he does everything there except for fix the bay doors which constantly leak. This place is crappy and I can't believe BMW stands by this.Changes are needed ASAP if BMW wants to stand by a brand they consider the ultimate driving machine. With 1 being Bb and The Lady in Hr who does all of the dirty work. God bless

Don't trust H.R. she will lie to you in your face The head man is Brandon (x football player) but i havent seen no record of that hhhmmmm! I worked here for a year and some months. Through BMW/Syncreon its a shame. On a good note i made friends and very close with some still today. I stayed because of that reason. Richard (Supervisor) Johnathan (lead) is the glue to this place and get treated very unfairly. I pray for the employees and supervisors there daily. I feel free like bird this place is under staff under payed and absolutely dont care about the staff. RUUUNNNNNN FAST...

This place is the worst to work at the hr is trash.the supervisor Jermaine a black guy sexual harrases employed.they gossip at work and there no training its horrible please don't buy or work there. If you five minutes late you're fired
