The price is wonderful to get in however the theater does look somewhat run down and in need of an upgrade. However, the people who work there are very nice

Not the cleanest place but it's ok.

Spouse & I visited Cinemark USA, Inc., Theater #5 at Cinemark 14 in Cedar Hill, TX to see "Interstellar".

After a while we began to itch. We discovered a BED BUG INFESTATION on the seats, they were all over our clothes, and we received over 100 bites, eventual medical treatment required.. Made report, got copy, left. went to Doctor. Damage Claim follow up with their agent Broadspire was useless, agent Connie Meeker ignored details, laughed, and hung up on me. Reported to Cinemark Holdings Inc., Cinemark USA, Inc. owner Alder Wood Partners and a few spacific agents and employees, along with Cinemark 14 in CH, TX. They kept the theater open exposing others, report to Cedar Hill Health ineffective - no inspection - only a call. If you experience this report, call Health Dept.,, make damage claim , and perhaps join me in litigation.

Cheap pricing but kinda dirty and just a little unnerving that a full time law dawg is there! i mean come on who needs the laws at the movies! I stuck to the floors they were sooo stickey!!!! CLEAN IT UP!!
