If I could give them less than 1 star I definitely would. We signed an month lease and couldnt be happier that we are now out of there. While there were no issues with crime or violence in the complex the office staff is sorry and incompetent for lack of better words. The owner suddenly wanted the unit back after we had to challenge their intelligence a few times because they allowed our alarm to go off after we had given them the disarm code every time we needed to submit a work order. We asked the manager for that information in writing that they needed it back but they said "we cant give that to you. Honestly I think they just wanted to move anyone out that wasn't putting up with them being lazy but wanting to charge you $100 for water in an apartment. Me and the manager had an exchange of words because of their incompetence and then they had the nerve to send us a final bill for water that they had already charged us on the last months rent. We paid the cycle of 8/2016-9/2016 on the October final rent and then on our final bill hey had 8/2016-9/2016 and 9/2016-10/2016 and we didnt short the rent the last month we paid $1100.00 which included the water. Needless to say I would NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO MOVE THERE AT ALLLLLLL!!!!! They are crooks, incompetent, lazy and useless. Save your money and go to Rolling Hills apts or better yet get a rent house because you will end up paying the same amount for something bigger. To add, if you need a rental reference they will try to say something shady to the prospective landlord to try and screw up your chances. My new landlord told us what Monica had to say and probably thought she was dumb because as she talked down about us in the same sentence said that she would rent to us again. Hence my use of words for being incompetent.

The entire office staff is rude and displays no type of professionalism at all. You put in work orders for maintenance that doesn't get attended to and please do not contact the office about it because the only thing you will get is attitude, brushed off and NO HELP. I guess you can't blame them because a crew is only as good as their lead which is LORI GRAHAM the apartment manager that doesn't seem to manage anything. These apartments for almost 1200.00 a month have hardly any amenities dont be fooled. The pool just opened this summer it has been closed for 2 summers consecutively. The washers and dryers are outdated so your clothes smell like toilet water not to mention it sounds like a lawn mower. Just FYI the model apartment they show you is as good as it gets its certainly probably one of the few without mold and leaks everywhere.***AVOID AT ALL COST WISH I WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY OWN ADVICE***
