Thank you for tarping our roof after the firefighters opened it up. The restoration work is going great, too, beautiful and on schedule.

I was so embarrassed to have mold in my bathroom. Couldn’t get rid of it. Called in desperation. Now I understand why the mold was growing. Have an exhaust fan on order and will avoid bleach solutions in the future -- who knew they were feeding the mold? Thanks for explaining, not just taking money.

As a result of a storm I had major flooding to my home, water was everywhere, I called Servpro and they were able to get all the water dried up, helped me to protect my valuables and they were such a great help the workers are very genuine and caring people.

Hose between garbage disposal and dishwasher leaked in my son’s house while I was taking care of my granddaughter. Bad timing -- daughter-in-law in hospital with second child. Servpro techs helped remove water and dry out cabinets. All back to normal by the time mom and baby came home.

When I saw how much damage our kitchen fire really did to our home, I was so devastated. Your workers, however, were able to rebuild everything back and restore a lot of items I thought were lost forever.

The damage left behind from our bathtub overflowing was unreal. SERVPRO, however, was able to fix it all like new.

When I heard the shingles come off our roof during the wind storm one night, I knew I needed to get professionals over right away to fix it. Sure enough, your team came quickly and replaced the shingles, keeping our home intact and protected.

They did a great job with the wood floor cleaning and the upholstery cleaning in our house. The house looks great and it feels like a new home.

Other companies gave me the run around and they really did not seem to know waht they were doing . I would always end up with mold and water damage even after they left, but Servpro was a God send, they never once made me feel like they could not do the job or that it was a big deal, on the contrary they made the job seem like it never happened and now the house we once thought was beyond repair was liveable again.

My wife and I are happy we chose to call Servpro for our mold removal needs. The house is nice and clean and smells great. The best part is that there is no more mold.

Definently a 5 star for me . Not just because they are so prompt and have the friendliest technicians but they care about pleasing their customers and that is a plus for me.
