This HOA management company routinely violates Texas Property Codes, ignores homeowner concerns, fails to maintain common properties or enforce HOA bylaws and refuses to provide annual statements or any associated financial information. This HOA management company appears to "manage" a nonexistant HOA. The company will not disclose the identity or contact information of the HOA board members. There are no known HOA officers or governing members and all homeowner requests for this information have been refused. There is no forum to address these concerns because homeowner requests for meetings have been denied. This HOA management company does not appear to be registered with any licensing agency or regulatory board. The residents in our subdivision continue to mail annual dues to a post office box because they fear foreclosure if they don't. SW Community Management, Inc. has an "Unsatisfactory" BBB rating and has been reported to the Texas Attorney General's Office. Any homebuyer should be cautioned against buying a home in a subdivision "managed" by this company.
