Lancaster High School offers a range of academic and extracurricular programs for students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as math, English, business education, social studies, health, science, history, accounting, biology, chemistry and psychology. Located in Lancaster, Wis., the school provides music, physical education, agriculture and speech programs. Lancaster High School supports the Future Farmers of America (FFA), and the National Honors Society. It maintains a student council, as well as French, Spanish, leo and art clubs.
