Needed a local bondsman to help out a friend. I dealt with Matt who was very helpful and went out of his way to explain how everything worked. I hope I don't need this service again but if I did, I would definitely use Brad's.

well after calling 2 other agencies in Pasco Co and getting rude people treating me like a criminal (I was not the one in jail, my employee was) I thankfully called here to Brads. I spoke with Bob who was very patient w/ my questions and who than did my employees Bond ahead of time while I made the trip to his office, My employees Bail was only $150 to this office but they treated me like it was alot more and at 1:30am they than did my bond request------this company is very pleasant to deal with !!

Sir, most if the content in your post contradicts the evidence that you were ever actually in my office. First, as there are pics AND awards on the walls of my Bail Agency, there is not 12-14 pics of political celebrities w/ Myself, a few yes, not 12-14. That said if there was 12-14 pics than the same would only demonstrate the diverse and ample support of confidence many people have of our company and myself. Lastly, I have a company to run of which induces me into full time tasks OTHER than postig Bonds to keep it going, thus I personally have not been at the Bail Desk executing Bail Bonds one on one with clients for Years, my 6 Bail Agents with many yrs experience themselves do that, so again even if I had been in town, you would have not dealt w/ anyone but the Bail Agents, ------good luck to you for what its worth

This is in response to the person who responded to my review of brads bail bonds. I really didn't know if the guy who was yelling was the owner. But i do know I saw at least 12-14 different pictures of the guy with different political celebrities so i assumed this guy was the owner (plus everyone in there was following his order, maybe a manger?). Oh and about the yelling thing he was not just at the prison or his employee's but at me, a customer looking for someone to help him with getting a loved one out of jail. Oh and by the way I've noticed how you respond to almost every bad review by claiming its from the competition. But don't fret you guys wont see me again. I'll go somewhere else.

The review of 6/2/2011 is the act of a disgruntled competitive bail agency nearby, the owner of this office was on a documented travel agenda at a conference in North Florida at the time of this alleged encounter- the owner would not be yelling at his agents, the jail etc for a paperwork problem when he is not within 200 miles of the office at the claimed time, furthermore if he was yelling at "his workers, the prison etc" a customer would actually want such persistence if "the prison" had caused an error that was thwarting a loved ones jail release- in such a case a customer would surely appreciate pulling out all stops for a jail release, however after over 20yrs in business and thousands of customers this owner has never had to actually proceed in the above manner-- We offer a sincere apology to the citizens from this owner for having to be subjected to cut throat, low class competition anger issues!

I went to this place because they were right across from the jail. It was a mistake. The employee's who work there are very nice and know how to talk to people, but the owner just likes to yell. There were paperwork problems at the prison so he was yelling everyone, me, his workers, and the prison people on the phone. If you want to be treated like a 2nd class citizen then just speak to the owner of this place. I feel bad about the employee's who have to put up with him.

I tired to use this place to get my friend out. They said they could not due it due to no property being put up. Then we went to Abigail Bail Bonds Inc which may i add is a very nice place and they were able to due it with a simple signature. Furthermore in the meantime he went and posted bond without our consent or payment or paperwork. Then tried to use the bond he posted to secure payment from us knowing we have used another agency. I called the Guy "Brad" which was very belligerent and insisted that he remove the bond. I considered this a act of entrapment and very shady business practices. This whole experience was a major pain in the........ he finally realized that this con was not going to work and removed his hold.......................... Beware of this place.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The men and women at this office really cared about my comfort in understanding that i was a lady totally clueless of this process and it was a relief to find them at a well lighted office strait across from the jail at 4 am.......Thanks Brads...my husband thanks u too!!1
