Honest and fair auto repair shop with magnificent customer service, speedy repair while maintaining high quality work and highly ethical personnel. Their warranty is the best in industry - 24K miles/24 months whichever comes LAST. Most, if not all, warranties end whichever comes FIRST and is only half of that mileage/timeframe (12K miles/12 months). Christian Brothers' warranty beats their competitors, even the dealership, from what I researched. I haven't had to use their warranty but it's nice to have that peace of mind and shows how confident they are in their work and products. They have a really clean, comfortable waiting area and offer free shuttle service. They go above and beyond with the little and big stuff: treats, souvenirs, drinks, explaining problem, on-time repair, fair prices, etc. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. It's great to see they take care of their employees by giving them weekends off - we customers benefit from happy employees. And even though they are closed on the weekend, they have extended work hours during the week: 11-hour days.They earned my loyalty mostly because of their integrity. They are true to their Christianity and care about their reputation. I'm blessed to have found them.

This automotive shop is the nicest people to deal with. They are not only very polite and cordial, they are very clear spoken to understand exactly what is needed, cause and effect for necessity of repair and offer a discount to AAA members! They shop for your need to find the best items and offer alternatives only when acceptable. I am thankful to have met and dealt with them!

I have been very impressed with how honest, kind and friendly everyone has been at Christian Brothers! Even the actual mechanics came in to explain the issues they have found.

They warrantee their work for 24 months which is such an amazing change from other repair places - including dealerships' service departments. PLUS they honor extended warranty programs as well.

I used AAA to get one of my vehicles to their shop and by the time I called to let them know it was on it's way, they informed me that they are a AAA approved vendors and they were already alerted by AAA that the vehicle is in route and as a member I would receive a AAA discount on repairs.

They even checked to see if there are any manufacturer recalls on my vehicles.

I don't usually write reviews but it is so hard to find a good auto repair shop. I felt I had to share my experience. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you need to have work done on your vehicles.

For several months I had been experiencing a faint noise in what appeared to be the front of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was unable to find an auto repair shop to diagnose the problem. Seemed like each time the noise was not loud enough. I travel past Christian Brothers Automotive in Land O Lakes on my way to the office. Recently, I stopped in and was treated with courtesy and professionalism. The technician took his time and diagnosed a steering link as the problem. Since the part had to be ordered, we set the repair date for the following day. I've now had 3 weeks of noise-free pleasure driving this vehicle. Also, I compared the invoice against the dealership and found Christian Brothers nearly 30% below dealer cost estimate. I truly appreciate Larry Giannone and his staff. Severely overcharging people, upselling, pure salespeople. The work they do seems to be quality, but I definitely overpaid.

Very knowledgeable staff. Very good prices and service. I will highly recommend them to any one of my friends and family. Customer service is outstanding.
