I recently used First Class Pest Solutions at my home and I am very pleased with the service I received. Not only are the bugs under control but my lawn looks great as well. Thank you First Class

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE !!!!! I went through the first year of service with them. They call me at the end, and ask for my credit card to renew. I said, no thankl you, I am cancelling. The lady on the phone says "Sorry to lose you". Great ! THEN, they keep coming !!!! I called, they said, you have to send in writing, so I send a cancellation e-mail. They come again !! I called and asked why, they said, "we've received no cancellation. " I said, i sent an e-mail months ago! She says, "We don't check our e-mail. So that doesn't count, and you still owe !" SO I dropped off a cancellation in writing at this flea bag trailer that they run a business out of. Smells like dirt and cats in there. (Of Course) I asked the receptionist to sign and date it, and make me a copy. (To avoid any more of their games) While i was there, i overheard the receptionist arguing with someone on the phone about how they couldn't cancel, and a manager in the back, yelling at someone on the phone, about the same thing ! I went to the Better Business Bureau, they told me, that they were aware of this business and their bad practices. I filed a complaint, on how they did not honor my first cancellation, and the other things. The BBB sent me a letter stating, that First Class Pest Solutions, never responded to ANY of the BBB's correspondence either !! In writing, or by phone. SO, it will go down on their file, as yet another HORRIBLE example of poor business ethics, and poor customer service !!! Folks, do yourself a favor, read the online reviews, before you get lured in by these jokers. I spoke to the Manager on the phone, about how displeased I was, and that I was going to file a complaint. He said, it's only stupid people like me, who would file a complaint ! HHMMMM, I'm the stupid one?? It looks like there are allot of stupid people here complaining, and not too many smart ones, writing good reviews ! What a bunch of dummy's we are, complaining about the terrible service at First Class Pest Solutions !!! Let me tell you, I do feel Dumb. Dumb for not researching an honorable, truly professional pest control operation, before I got into business with these trailer trash losers !!! Seriously, pull up to their office in Land o Lakes ! It is a run down trailer, with a run down yard, and run down vehicles. (And they want to make your house pest free ??) This is where all the real pests reside !! Run Citizens, away from the pukes !!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT! I SENT MY NOTICE OF TERMINATION BY CERTIFIED MAIL 4 MONTHS AGO AND THEY STILL TRYING TO HOLD ME TO IT! STAY AWAY! (IT DOESN'T DESERVE A STAR BUT I HAD TO GIVE 1 IN ORDER TO POST THIS MESSAGE.)

DON"T USE THEM! The owner came to my property high as a kite on some drug and called a trim around the door a Beam causing the FHA loan people to deny our loan or request he get the terminology right. They jerked us around from three weeks until we had to get another company out to inspect and correct their mistake. They were totally unprofessional and dishonest. Don't waste your money. They refused to refund even though they originally told me it was in the mail. The owner was arrested-probably for his drug habit and then they were going to send someone out to look at it-they didn't do anything they said they were going to do! It was a nightmare. When I told them I would go to the BBB they said go ahead I'll just say you're lying. LYING UNPROFESSIONAL RIPOFF ARTISTS! I rate them at NEGATIVE 11-as hate to share air with them.

This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. From the unprofessional and rude owner to the incapable employees who help run the place...They cannot resolve the pest problems, they charge you for services they did not provide, they claim non payment despite proof of receipts provided, and they try to get you to stick to your contract agreement regardless of any concerns you have..RUN RUN, pick someone else!!!!!! DO not get involved with this company, you will regret it!!!!

Dont waste your time or money with these people! They are rude, unprofessional and sleazy! We canceled a contract approx. 8 weeks ago due to our rental house going into foreclosure. They have continued to come to the house (twice in three weeks) to treat the yard while charging their $49 service fee! When I called to ask why they came out, all I got was a rude explanation and hung up on! Who in the business world that is striving for customer service hangs up on their clients??!!?? Perhaps these people need some customer service schooling! Not to mention my husand received the same treatment over the phone 3 weeks prior. This is an absolutely TERRIBLE company!!!! People like this shouldnt be in business! I will make it my job to inform everyone I know to steer clear of these people! I will also be informing the BBB of their "dirty" business practices!

I had posted a positive review a few years ago. But my lawn started to have problems. I complained. They didn't get any better. I tried to cancel. That's when my problems really started. I've had to report them to the BBB and write a certified letter. Once you sign on, they refuse to terminate your contract. They've serviced me again and billed me again. After calling three times with no return call from "the supervisor," Joe told me I'd have to wait because the supervisor was servicing "happy customers" and if I called back he'd report me to the law. Now he's called and said he's sending me to collections for an alleged bill from EIGHT MONTHS AGO -- never received a bill. In fact, I've received service since then and confirmed my balance was zero when I first called to fire them. WORST COMPANY EVER. JOE IS THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER HAD TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I'm going to a lawyer tomorrow!

I have had many of the other companies over the last 14 years since I have been in florida and First Class is truley a fiirst class type of company. they are owned and operated by a local family and it is not a franchise. I was treated extermley nicle and they were up front about everything. The pricing is average but the service is above average. They warranty the work and if I ever develope any problems between my services all i have to do is call them and they come back in between services for free. Additionally i always see the same tech. & the results are great. I feel this is the best company i have ever used!
