Provided by YP.comIt tells you something when other grooming businesses claim they are as good as Dogworks and that their groomers were trained by Sarah Hawks! I have been taking my standard poodle to Dogworks for 15 years, and during that time the staff have had to deal with an exceedingly uncooperative (and highly creative in the art of passive resistance) pet in her younger years, to medical emergencies, and now as frail special-needs senior. Kuddos to "Rachael" for her patience in handling "Allie". Talk about accomodation! Unable to stand for any period of time, Allie gets bathed and groomed totally from the prone position - and looks great when she leaves. Sarah runs a tight ship, is highly knowledgeable, and no nonsense when it comes to proper dog grooming.

Provided by YPmobileHappy with the grooming results but extremely disappointed with the service. On the way home I saw my dogs left eye was completely shut and nobody bothered to tell me what happened. When I took my dog back they were very defensive and even insinuated I did something . They promised no more than $10 extra to start and charged over $20. We will never be back.
Dear Sir, I am very sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with our service. However I feel I must defend my business and employees. I'll try not to sound "defensive". When you allow an 11 year old Shetland Sheepdog to go two years without professional services there is bound to be a fair amount of work involved. When said dog needs to be very carefully handled #1 due to it's age and #2 due to it's misbehavior, needs to be muzzled for the safety of the groomer there are indeed extra charges and it is so stated on our intake form which you read and signed prior to leaving your pet with us. Charges are not "promised" as we have no idea how long it will take to brush out a dog in that condition. I was not here during your pets visit but, I did see the before and after photos of your dog as well as the video that was taken to document it's misbehavior. There is no evidence of an eye injury. When you returned there was simply no evidence of a problem and it was not closed as you had stated on the phone. I am pleased that you are happy with you pets grooming as my bather does the very best Sheltie grooming around and we use the very best Tear-less Puppy shampoo from Les Pooches for safety reasons. Provided by YP.comIf you want TOP OF THE LINE grooming, then look no further. The owner/groomer Sarah, has been grooming for over 20 yrs and is a NCMG, judge, and teacher. Why take your pet anywhere else? There are very few NCMGs in the area. Do yourself AND your pet a favor, just bring them to her.
