Provided by YP.comThis Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza ruin my tire lugs. I wasted my time of going to
this shop. This dealer service center is a joke and not reliable.
I came to the shop complaining about my car shakes when you hit the break at 50 to 60 MPH.
and I ask for wheel alignment, they perform the service. The next day I came back, because
it still shaking and it seems that nothing was done to my car.
The advisor Mr. Larry Wynn told me that it needed to change the break and a rotor for
almost $500.00. I said no, I told him he didn't tell me that I needed the rotor and brake
before he accepted my car for wheel alignment. They refunded me the amount that I paid for
wheel alignment, then I went home.
After two days when I got a chance to check my brakes, I found out the the two lug bolt
were damaged, then I have to go back again in the shop and complaint to the manager Mr.
Michael T. Whelan. He was not helpful and very defensive about the work they've done and
back up his worker that they do the right thing and didn't damage my car. I just ask for
the two bolts and I told them that I will do it myself .
They gave me the two bolts and I left.
I WILL NOT LET THE Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN !!!
PLEASE, BEWARE OF GOING TO Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza. YOU ARE BEING WARNED!!!

Provided by YP.comGet a detailed written estimate that includes all discounts before you have work done here & confirm your appt. in writing & ask them to confirm in writing that they have the parts for the repair. I took my car for a diagnosis & said that I would come back for the repair the next day onWed because of a 20% off coupon. I confirmed this with Greg Morton. I also confirmed with an online appt citing the repair and the coupon. When I arrived their computer system was down for 45 minutes so they had to manually check the availability of every part & the price of everything. After the wait, Greg alleged that he told me the part I was coming for was not in stock. That was a lie, plus I had confirmed my appt for this part & day in writing. When Greg wrote up my bill he lowered the 20% off to 10% & claimed he told me about it on the phone. That was a lie. In fact, he had just written me a tune-up estimate while I was there that included a full 20% off all labors and repairs, just as he quoted on the phone for my current repair. If the manager had not adjusted the price I would have given the place one star but I was very disappointed with the dishonesty of the service rep. On top of it all, the cashier/receptionst was tacky & rude. She was making audible nasty comments about customers to other customers. An overall bad experience.
