My hearing loss was probably more complicated in nature than most, and I was dubious about what success I might be able to realize from an impairment so significant. Dubious or not, being greeted with the warm personality and winning smile that is Dr. Wayne's natural manner, you just immediately know there's something refreshing going on here in an age where we've come to expect (and accept) much less. That initial kind and comforting tone broadened into the genuine personal interest and care Dr. Wayne has shown throughout. The whole experience was quite gratifying and I've once again gained remarkable hearing through the devices Dr. Wayne recommended through her expertise. I am certain you will achieve similar success and find Dr. Wayne's unique blend of professionalism and genuine kindness noticeably different from the norm.
