They charged me $5 extra just for making an appointment!! I wasn't informed of the charge when I made the appointment on the phone nor when I walked in the store. Not happy. When I questioned the charge as they slapped me the bill after my hair was done, they simply advised me to do walk-in next time because there would be no extra charge for walk-ins. As a mom of 2 children, I ALWAYS need to make sure I get out of a salon in time for the kids. I'm sure I could find plenty of places that are willing to take my appointments WITHOUT an extra charge. I'm not coming back.
