I purchased a ring from Lenox....

I purchased a ring from Lenox.com back in March 2008. When I received the ring, one of the stones was the wrong gemstone. I originally ordered a "Two-Forever" Ring with two birthstones, an emerald & diamond. When I received the replacement ring, the quality of the "diamond" stone was horrible. It looked like a flat peice of metal, and had no shine too it. The overall quality of the ring itself was also very poor. It could have passed as a gumball machine ring. So I sent that ring back and asked for a full refund. It is now June 2008, and I still have not received my refund.
