I had an amazing experience with the entire staff at McCafferty. My Salesman John Myers was extremely attentive to my needs and actually made this normally stressful experience, fun. The sales manager worked hard to get me approved for financing.

I have bought my 1st car from McCafferty in 2010, 2007 Ford Focus, Precertified with 35K mileage. My salesman is John V. I love the Ford Focus. Throughout the 5 years, I had my car maintenance done at McCafferty, and the service has always been excellent. John V called me to follow up on trading my Ford Focus. I always wanted a Ford Fiesta when they came out around 2010. On Saturday, trade it in for a new 2016 Ford Fiesta. My salesman was Ms. Ouida McDonald and John V. They were very professional and accommodating throughout the process. I never felt pressured or wavered in my decision. I got want I desired! I am very happy and I will continue to purchase a vehicle at McCafferty.

They changed my entire car-buying experience with my recent purchase from them. Doug, the salesman, even drove with me to the car rental agency to drop my rental off and bring me back to the dealership. He was extremely thorough from beginning to end and went well beyond what was expected from him. The car was exactly what it was advertised as on auto.com. We bought a used vehicle not even a year ago and already have problems with it. They have sales pitch that gets you to buy and then when it comes down to it much of what is said is not true. Get your vehicle inspected by someone else before you buy. Don't trust just them.
