Cannot count on them, poor customer service

Tate & Kirlin Associates has the worst customer service associates, I have received letters and calls from them for the past three to four years trying to collect from a person that has been deceased since 11/02. I have called, fax and mailed them information (death certificate) to support the information.The company changes the account number each time that they send out a collection letter. I was advised on 3/21/06 @ 12:45 from two floor supervisor's John Glenn and Eric Mills that there is nothing they can do to stop the collection letters and they also refuse to transfer me to a manager or complaint department.
