This place wasn't my best experience but by far my worst. I took my two yorkshire terriers on Saturday to be bathed and trimmed. My end result was one dog almost bald and the other with 4 inches of her hair cut off from her coat and her face kept long. Right now both of my babies are looking AWFUL I shedded tears when picking them up. Then I called to speak with groomer to express my issue with her not doing what I had asked of her and the end result was an apology, NO REFUND and I can bring them for a free bath. Why would I want to take my dogs back to this place. CRAZY! I am still upset by this service and I do pray their hair grows back quickly. Then the place isn't the cleaniest and the people in the front weren't friendly. Several of us stood at the front desk waiting to be serviced while they were in the back with the veternarian. SO unprofessional. They could have at least acknowledge and let us know they will be with us shortly. Then they had three yorkies in a cage out in the open when you first walk in the lobby area with poop on the floor outside of their cage. DISGUSTING!!!!!!...........I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone for getting their dogs bathed and groomed. If you can please take your dog or dogs somewhere else. CHEAP is not always better. I am not sure how they have these 5 ratings because this was by far a 5 experience for me. Never again.
