July 30, 2018 at about 4:30 p.m. I went to Nail Love and ask to speak with Ms. Jessica the woman who did my nail on July 28, 2018. On July 28, 2018 I asked for a cream nail polish and it was done however, by July 30, 2018 my gel nail appeared very old and faded. I asked if the nail polish can be painted the same color Ms. Jessica said no ... and the manager said no. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. To add to the issue the nail tech said she does not remember me or the color. Being a regular customer, I have seen their discriminatory practices towards black customers and their lack of respect for the black costumer. Please do not go there!!! We deserve better services for black and brown women!!!
