This is the worst store ever I purchase set of couch is not even up to 10month the couch is terribly sinkening I kept calling this crazy store there line is always busy finally after million of calling they sent two Spanish guys to come and check the guys took the pictures to my big surprise no one get back to my one year manufacturing is still on and also I personally purchase separate 5yrars warranty up till this movement no solution to my my problem trust me I know what to do I called my finance bank waiting for this stupid store with there nasty manager very rude on phone no good customer service I worked for my money

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIVES , HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS FOR MY FURNITURE , CANNOT GET A REFUND , THE ARAB AT THE DESK ALWAYS HAS A STORY. I WILL NEVER BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR LACK OF ABILITY TO CONDUCT BETTER BUSINESS. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

I bought a sectional chair, bedroom set and a mattress. Everyone was friendly, until it was time to deliver my things. They lied, and I was insulted by two of their staff. They have no customer service what so ever. The only one that was able to help me was Emmanuel, the financial guy. He was on it, until I got my things. But they lied alot, and I have to pay 2 shipping again.

I went to overstock just to look at what they had, had know intentions on buying anything until I saw this 9" thick king size mattress that I had to have, the sales person was excellent but the ppl in charge was stand offish, know kind of customer service and not friendly at all, almost like they were doing me a favor, anyway I got it delivered the next day, the delivery guys were in a rush, look like the store just grabbed them off the street for a couple of bucks and they were talking in their language which was very rude. The box spring was uneven, the mattress had a rip under it and I'm still waiting for the situation to be corrected. Don't go to the one in Lanham, md!

I went in on June 25th to buy my husband who is a 10yr. Air force man, a recliner because he is dying. Justin explained it would be 10 business days before they send it. I told them how important it was because he is in a lot of pain. Chair ordered out of catalog. Promises that everything would be what I wanted. Went there on July 11,16 to see if correct chair was sent. No one checked on chair. On July 12 , 2 Mexicans bring out this ugly Brown chair. Did not accept or sign. Called store about wrong chair. Asked Joe my $ 658.00 refund and was told no. They have my money and I did not receive the chair. I am angry as Heidi. What would you do?

The salespeople are con artists. Went 2 months ago to look around for furniture for my new house. they had markdowns all over the store. I liked a sectional, but wasn't sure. The salesman by last name King told me that the sales price was only for that weekend. That if I wasn't sure to lock down the price with a $50 deposit while I thought about it. I had 7 days to cancel and then 6 months of a store credit. It was a really good price so I gave the deposit. I found the same exact sectional at Ashley HomeStore and they matched their prices. No delivery fee, so I went with them. When I went back to the store to use $50 store credit for home décor, not only did I noticed that they still had the same markdown sale but I was told that store credit was good only for an item of equal value to the sectional. That was not was I was told the first time. Of coruse they kept the $50. But I guess the need it more than I do since the store is always empty and the delivery fees are ridiculous.

OMG I love this place the guys are so nice and helpful , they all have a big smile and they are professionals , this place of overstock is great and the prices is okay , I found a sectional there for a couple hundreds less than another store just next to them , they told me if you bring us any price in the future we will beat it for you , I would recommend the store to anybody.

it was a very good experience , very helpful staff , and a great new management , very clean store , and the staff is clean and nice , i purchased a sectional from them and they brought it to me from the manufacture , they told me 5 to 10 business days to get it because i chooses something is not on there floor it was through a big touch screen like a kiosk there, it took them exactly 7 days to get it and i got a free delivery , and they came to my place and cleaned the place for me before they bring it in , they treated me and my husband like a king and a queen . i will go back there soon to purchase a bedroom , this is my new furniture place, i understand the old and bad reviews but everyone has a different experience and mine was so good.

This Overstock has Bad customer service. With no customer interest at heart.....Look for the nearest furniture store. GPS away from this one. I went into the store to buy a dresser. Picked out my dresser and showed the Sales person. I proceeded to put my furniture on layaway.



When I finally paid for the furniture and it was delivered to my house, they brought me the wrong furniture. When I called the store to inquire why, they looked at my receipt on their system and told me that was what was on my receipt. All this while I did not know that the sales person had put another furniture on my receipt.



So I told them I didn't want it. They said it was my fault and I had to pay for the difference as well as the shipping. When I went in to speak with the manager, he also blamed me for their mistake.



HOW AM I TO KNOW THE FURNITURE THE SALES PEPSON PUT ON MY RECEIPT WAS NOT THE ONE I SHOWED HIM IN STORE. THEIR FURNITURE ARE NOT DISPLAYED WITH NAMES. I AM NOT A FURNITURE EXPERT
