TSPEC (Technical Specialties) - I am adding my accurate and honest review of TSPEC. I urge you to please read on. I am so -pleased- with TSPEC's performance and what they have done for me and my company. We wanted the solid performance of Meraki access points. TSPEC is a Meraki partner that has very talented and the most friendly professionals. They built an entire networking infrastructure from ground up for our large 315,000 sq. ft. distribution center in no time. It was very affordable. We even kept under budget! Our demanding requirements meant that 81 Meraki access points would be needed and work at all times. TSPEC carefully configured all 81 to be so redundant that unless we lost over 50 percent of our access points to some major failure, we would still be up and running "smoothly" with only half. The cost of our MR42, MR42E and MR74 Meraki access points was the lowest with TSPEC over anyone else and labor charges were low, like it was 10 or even 15 years ago. Our Meraki WAP system has been working flawlessly since it was installed last July by TSPEC. It is perfect!. The two fit nicely together, Meraki and TSPEC. Teri is my account manager and is awesome at what she does for me and my company. Teri is simply the best. She is a very results oriented person that will get things done for you, what you need, what you want, for you and your company. It is all so seamless how Teri does this and I am quite frankly amazed. It makes things easier for me, that's for sure. Teri is easily my best account manager ever, hands down. TSPEC's senior network engineer is the best also in my continuous 30 years of IT. Patrick is like a walking encyclopedia (really) and is so fast and accurate. I have never known a network engineer as good as Patrick. TSPEC has the nicest, most thoughtful and most knowledgeable staff of professionals in my entire 30 year experience.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed my computer serviced and dropped it off at TSpec's repair center. They diagnosed it and called me the next day with the problem and I had it back within a couple of days.
