They did not send what was on the website. Now, I know they are permitted to substitute but the substitutes they used were not even close to what was on the website. Also, I called them and spoke to the owner and she was condescending on the phone. She talked to me as if I were a small child and I as not aware of how a florist works. The size of the arrangement was too small for $90, it was not arranged well (looked like it was just thrown in a vase) and it was all red without any contrast the show the roses and carnations. I had to go to another florist to get some baby's breath, pink roses and other light greens to make it an arrangement suitable for my wife for Valentine's Day.

I would avoid this place like the plague! I will never do business with them again.
