I rarely leave negative reviews for any company unless I have had several bad experiences. I had used homestead for a year or so, to get to work before I could buy my car. Most of the drivers are very sloppy and unprofessional, but having just one nice driver would give me benefit of the doubt. After my experience with one of the drivers dropping me off in the middle of the road because I did not have enough cash, I stopped using them completely. I asked to use my credit card, which I have done many times, but he refused to even attempt to use my card for the rest of the trip (which was one more mile). I was told cards were used for “trusted customers”. It was humiliating and fortunately my boss picked me up because she knew the horror stories I had told about the drivers in the past. Worst taxi service by far. Thank god for uber and Lyft!

I have used this taxi company for 15 years. And I am highly satisfied with them. I wouldn't use anybody else. They sometimes get extremely busy. And you might have to wait But that's ok. That only means they are an A-plus company. They are a little high. But what's not high today with gas & repairs. So give them a call today.

This is the second or third time Homestead Taxi has messed up my pick up. I called before noon to schedule a cash pick up at 3pm. It is 3:56 and I am sitting at work still typing this review. When I called to ask where my pick up was I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then lied to about a cab breaking down. I don’t know how a TAXI COMPANY can forget about a TAXI RIDE but the rude "customer service" I got on the phone does not make me feel better about it. After that, they went to the wrong location. I gave the exact address when I called. That can't be because some cab broke down so this time all I got was an "oh sorry". Prices are higher than others and it's a complete waist of time.

Made arrangements a week before service for payment and they changed terms on us the last minute and demanded cash. No GPS and the driver was clueless - we had to guide him to the destination the whole way. The woman answering the phone is very rude and hung up on us. Not worth the aggravation.

Disappointed with taxi service. Taxi arrived 1 hour late and the quote for the fare was $11 less than the actual charge. Will never use again.

I've used this service on numerous occasions. The drivers are alway friendly, polite, and very patient. Rates are also very reasonable.

Great taxi service. I am picked up on time and the drivers are friendly.
