The technician that was sent out to do our calibration service was excellent. He was very professional, hard working and a pleasure to work with. I also found the entire staff of Integrated Service Solutions a pleasure work with. They are very responsive and probably one of the best vendors we have worked with. We are now using them for pipette calibration too. Eventually we'll be doing a tour of their metrology lab too.

We have used them multiple times for pipettes. Their pipette calibration services are fantastic, they are done within the day, and email us the reports and their findings that same day. We have a few items we have sent to their Metrology Laboratory for repair and calibration at their office and everything went smoothly. Keep up the solid work.
