If I could give them no stars, I would. I boarded my cat there last month (July 2016). She came home with a giant scab covering the whole of her nose (along with filthy paws which were never explained). At first they claimed they didn't know what happened - a disturbing claim in itself, since the scab was quite obvious on her nose, which tells me they didn't actually watch her like their site claims they do. Then after several weeks, they made up lies claiming that I had TOLD them that my cat had a cut when I checked her in, which NEVER happened. And if that were the case, why did you wait almost a month to relay this crucial detail to me?

They are now sticking by this lie and refuse to pay the vet bills or accept any responsibility, even with photo evidence to the contrary. I'm now taking them to court over the matter.

Do your animals - and your peace of mind - a favor and board them elsewhere.

Please do not leave your doggy at this facility. I've witnessed firsthand the managements cold and callous behavior toward a dog that was staying there. I always thought that there must be a reason that the windows are blacked out and that you aren't allowed to go back to see the kennels whenever you'd like. Why an owner would allow the current managers-who have been there for years- to run this place is beyond me. And, yes, I, too, have heard that the dogs have to go potty in their kennels. Perhaps if you pay extra..... ?? Please find another place to leave your baby.

My dog loves Molly's. I am very picky and feel my dog is special and what I LOVE the most is I pick my dogs activities. All the other kennels told me they walk my dog. Yea, but I want to choose what my dog does and Mollys let me. They have an awsome list of fun stuff and they let my dog play with other dogs !

mollys website boasts that the...

mollys website boasts that they treat your pet like family. i beg to differ. we used to board our dogs there a few years back and each time we just had an uncomfortable experience. checking in, the gentlemen who checked us in was not the least bit friendly which made both my husband and i feel uneasy about leaving our dogs there. after we got them home from one of their visits, capser (our one english setter) would cry and whine every time we fed him and then would try to cover his food and hide it. we determined that sadie (our other more bull headed english setter) had probably eaten all of his food while they were at molllys . (At home, she eats first, he stands over his bowl and then when she is done, he eats.) I am certain that she bullied him out of his meals there because no one paid attention. We stopped going there and found a dog sitter to come to our house because i was so disgusted with our experience there and how expensive they were.

I just called this week to schedule them because our dog sitter is not available and explained this to a man named Bob whom I believe is one of the owners. He suggested we board them separately in two different areas?!?! I said, "They sleep together and are together all day long, I want them together. why can't someone just watch them while they eat to make sure Sadie doesn't eat his food?"

He said, in a rather snippy tone "we just don't have the staff for that. That would mean an additional hour of time, 1/2 hour in the am and 1/2 hour in pm, spent with your dogs"

I was flabergasted and told him to cancel our reservation.

I also wanted to point out that their fee is $32.00 PER DOG for BOARDING ONLY. That means, they leave your dog in that gated area ALL DAY LONG unless you pay for walks, etc. My dogs are super high energy and would go crazy if we didn't add walks to their day. So boarding there is ultra expensive and they obviously just throw their bowls of food at them and walk away and not care if they eat or not. I give them a super poor rating.Do not use this kennel if you care about your animals.

good place but one employee gets to personal

My dog loves this kennel and daycare. But one employee gets too personal. When my dog was being brought out by Kathy I thought something was wrong by her facial expression so I asked what my dog did wrong today. I should have NEVER asked. She went complaining about her spouse. I should have never asked because now every time I see her a have to hear a new complaint about her personal life.

BUT my dog loves this place so we will keep going.

Great Place!!!!

I use this kennel for boarding and daycare. I love both services. I was reading the negative reviews. Sounds like those people do not do their homework about prices before they leave their dog some where.

This is the best place in the area. I did my research and viewed all my options before picking Molly's. MOST important my dog LOVES going there. All I have to say is Molly's and she runs for the carand once we are there she drags me to the door. I am happy my dog is happy.
