I have been trying to get info to place my name change ad for 3 days now. Spoke to Marcia Burns Tuesday morning, she said she would get back to me later that day with the info...still nothing. I find this absolutely ridiculous, I have tried contacting her and now I feed like I'm being ignored.

I get it everyone is busy, but at least acknowledge me back and say I'm busy right now but Iam working on it, or something...

I explained to her on Tuesday I'm on a very strict deadline, I feel like she forgot about my ad I want to place.

I was referred to Lansdale reporter to place my Ad but I don't advise anyone to go with them. EXTREMELY SLOW!!!



I would really like a manager to contact me I'm extremely upset.

The reporter is quick to take your money, its been 2 months and i am still waiting for my money back, the reason i cancelled was because for 5 days i didn't get my paper and also when they did deliver it the driver would hit the top of my car.Do not order the paper, when you do talk to someone they are extremely rude, they deserve no star, the only reason i gave 1 star is because i wanted to leave this review
