Provided by YP.comI'm originally from Texas, and Pennsylvania barbeque just isn't the same. However, Uncle Greg's is different. This is the real deal. I'd recommend his brisket to anyone. My recommendation? Keep the fat on it if you want it to taste authentic! It's best that way. Good stuff, though, however you like it.
