Terrible service. I went there about 2 months ago and the stylist there critiqued my hair and choice of style the whole time. She said the hair was too curly and my hair wouldn't blend. (But I thought u were a professional hair dresser). Not to mention I had an appointment but had to wait for her to finish 2 other clients like I didn't have anything better to do withyour day off. Also she was on her phone yelling at her boyfriend half the time. Very unprofessional

I was at the Salon 7/15 which was Tuesday ! When I say they #SLAYED my hair I mean Ms.Dell really did the thing it looked like my hair was parted by the hair gods themselves. Not only was it Professional it was a fun environment just a bubble of happiness lol! Most importantly they made ya hair look good but it was healthy!! I just loved the whole experience and I will be back. #FeelingMyself #StuntGang #GetYaWeaveSnatched

I am a very picky person when it comes to service. I want it all. Fair price, good manners, nice environment and people who know what they're doing. I got all of that here and have never been happier with a hair cut. Halima was pleasant and professional and did exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much :) Hair Care at it's best

MY daughter's stylist at Studio M Hair Salon has been managing her hair for a while and the service is acceptional she my daughter is always satisfied. Very professional environment and pleasant stylist who genuinely promote excellent hair care. It is a very lovely environment and excellent customer service! Make this Salon your Hair Home!

If I could give this business no stars I truly would. I had the most horrible experience there today on 7/2/2015 I was at the beauty supply store earlier that day buying the hair the salon told me to get for the look I wanted when I met a woman who gave me a flyer for a salon in the area we'll little did I know, when I arrived back at the normal salon I go to in the area, my normal stylist was not there I knew this when I went to buy hair but there was another stylist there. They were busy at the time and I did not want to wait so I called the number for the woman I met at beauty salon "she told me to come In no problem, she could begin in 30 min that was at about 230 pm so I figured I try the salon out, when I arrived I showed her many pictures of the style basic color I wanted it to look like she told me that if I wanted that look I needed to go back to store and return hair I bought and get what she advised I listened to her as she was the stylist! OR SO SHE CLAIMS TO BE! we'll at about 8pm this evening my hair was finally done I was never able to see while she did it because she insisted on me sitting not facing mirror I should have known better! Earlier she told me to get the look I wanted she would need to braid my whole head which I was very suprised because I have done this for a few years and my stylist never ever braided my whole head, I am Hispanic and do have fairly nice hair so normally when my stylist is around we just do a few tracks and sew in a few rows, but she basicly told me I was getting full sew in which I almost thought later she was trying to get money because they claim it was 85.00 dollars for new clients but mine some how costed 150 when I told her I was unhappy and didn't like it right away she became very angry with me! She shouted in front of two other clients gimmie my money, then I was clearly upset I asked her your going to charger full price she basicly laughed at me, then when I asked them to remove netting and stuff they put in she said we charge for that by that point I was literally so taken back this woman early who seem so nice now was screaming and cursing at me but it gets worse, finally I pAyed her the 150 and then money to remove it as I left I took a flyer that had al business info because I plan to contact the owner and the better business burro, as I was about to cross street I heard her say u for your box with your hair in it I was shocked she even tell me that do I turned around walked I'm door way and then this woman who is crazy or grew up not knowing you don't put your hands on people! Waited till I turned around and was coming in grabed the flyer out of my hand i was holding it with keys and literally pushed me out the door to grab the flyer! Like I was not going to contact the boss so at that point I had to call police. Never ever have I had such a horrible experience and someone talk to me that way I hope that girl gets god in her life and no Injuries show because I don't wanna press charges but I now have to try and reach owner. People beware!
