Provided by YP.comI found the services pleasant and felt the presence of God strongly. The pastors alternate preaching each week, and the members also have an opportunity to speak on what God's Word is saying to them if they choose to. The worship time is geared in my opinion toward the younger people, and that's okay, we older folks need to lighten up. The dress code is very lax, possibly for some old timers way too lax for comfort. Although the congregation is friendly, they could put a little more emphasis into making newcomers feel more at home. It seems that members form little groups before and after the services and new people like myself feel just a little ill at ease, and left out. This is my personal observation, having attended Living Word Church at least one dozen times. I intend to go back. In my opinion, and it's just that, my opinion, Living Word Leaders and members can improve their outreach by having just a few moments at the beginning of the service for people to introduce themselves to eachother and welcome new comers. This is done at smaller churches and seems to break the ice.
