She was trite, sarcastic and arrogant
all rolled into one---even going so far as mocking me because she messed up my appointment time!!
Thank God they never did any work in my home. If I could give neagative stars I would. She must be family or owner to get away with this!!!

Provided by YP.comThe worst experience I've ever encountered with Reynolds heating & Cooling, in particular the dispatcher. Extremely unprofessional and had no dignity. I highly recommend never using this company. If you are looking for professional people to work with do not call them.

The lady who answers the phone is COMPLETELY rude (when she actually answers it, that is. Most times you can't even reach anyone). The technician had to come to our house twice since we ended up needing a whole new AC unit. We tried to expedite the process by contacting our Home Warranty company and letting them know that the technician had been out and we needed new parts ordered. Our warranty company even tried calling them with no luck. Days passed and still nothing. My husband then tried calling Reynold's again and finally reached the lady but she demanded purchase order numbers and when my husband got those from the warranty company she claimed they were the wrong ones- all along with being quite rude (and also unwilling to contact the warranty company directly).
When the day FINALLY arrived to receive the new unit, the technician was late for his appointment window, making my husband late for work. Eventually my father-in-law had to come over and wait so that my husband could go to work. When the technician was finally on his way, I received a call from the very rude lady threatening me that someone better be at the house... even though the technician was several hours outside of his appointment window.
They charged us an exuberant amount nearly $200 to remove the unit, which was not covered by the warranty company.
If I had not been roped into this company through the warranty company, I would have found a different company from the first moment I spoke to their dispatcher. A VERY VERY shady company and I hated giving them money out of my own pocket.
