I brought my cat there when my regular vet refused to help. They had no problem seeing him and took wonderful care of him. They were just amazing. friendly helpful and caring. I cant say enough great things how we were treated. They will now be my regular vet.

Best vet ever. Have taken my animals there for about 14 years. And wonderful staff.

Dr. Kerri treats my animals like family. I've been with them for years and don't want to go anywhere else. She helped me carry in my Rottie when I had to put him down. He was 14 yrs old and loved her and her staff.

The staff is unprofessional and gossipy which is probably why they were not prompt or reliable. I will not return here nor would I recommend anyone to go here. Businesses should always be professional, curteous, and prompt.

I have several vets closer to my house but I won't go to anyone else. Dr K is the best vet, very professional and the staff has always been wonderful. They won me over the first time I visited and they have always exceeded my expectations, time and again.

My female dog had a cancer growth on her Left thigh, the size of a Twinkie. I took her to Ridge and the Vet was in surgery 8 hours to get ALL the cancer and save her life. If that wasn't going beyond excellent service, I don't know what is. The surgery was supposed to last 2 hours! The staff took turns coming in at all hours of the night to dog-sit her, beyond their normal hours. So I have my dog back and she's as healthy as ever. I won't go to any other Vet.

Dr. Katsalis, her vet staff and receptionists are a wonderful and caring group of people, They took outstanding care of my diabetic dog, Baby. The quality of care was outstanding as was the service. Everyone in that office actually cares about you and your pet. They could not have shown more compassion for Baby or my family during her last days. They sent a card signed by the office staff and a floral arrangement to our home. Dr. Katsalis even made a personal call to my home to extend her condolences on our loss. How many doctors of any kind can you say does something like that? I plan on using Dr. Katsalis as the vet for our next furry child. I have never had a problem or issue with anyone in their office. They are all wonderful and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for my Baby.

Want the next best thing to having a relative in the family who is a vet? This is the place. We have been a client for a few years now and have never regretted leaving our previous vet in Highland Indiana. Their personal care and concern for all our pets is second to none. The other day, after I was about to leave with our Dakota, I informed them of the passing of our 17 year old Eskie Lindsay the day before. Lindsay had been under their care for the previous 14 months for an enlarged heart. I mentioned it to them so they could remove her records and not have them taking up space. Even though Lindsay died at home in my arms and was buried in our backyard, that afternoon of my visit to Ridge, I received at my door a beautiful floral arrangement in Lindsay's memory. Wonderful doctors and staff. They also are a rare breed of clinic that supports rescuers with discounted service. Makes it possible for me to save more dogs. They are truly the best in the pet care.

I had two old labs that were both terminally ill at the same time. We came from a different vet that I no longer trusted (Highland) due to her removing wrong tissue and lying to me. Dr. Kerri at Ridge took us in like family and got my dogs set up on correct meds, tried her best to save them, and then make them (and me) comfortable with what was ultimately to come.I had to bring them both in at the same to be put to sleep (hardest day of my life) but it was the staff (all of them) that helped me to know it was the right thing to do, and that they ALL felt how awful of a day it was for me. I am gracious for their kindness, understanding, professional attitude and knowledge. I would recommend them anytime. This will be the first place I take any future pets - no doubt.

I cannot speak about the services nor the vetinarians, but the people who schedule appointments and are in the reception area are the WORSE ever!!! I spoke to the owner who was very professional and tried to fix things,but I found the way I was treated over the phone and in person unacceptable. AT one point as i was repeating what was said she was like "someone said that to you", so the culprit starts to yell and argue from beind the window, how professional was that? Needless to say, Thanks but no Thanks! Congrats to the satisfied customer as I stated I had no complaints with the doctors but the support staff, I will pass on.

I'm not sure what the previous persons problem was, but I have been going to Ridge Animal Clinic for 6 years now and have never experienced anything but a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They treat my animals like they are their own. Everytime I call or go in, they are always helpful. Many of my friends are clients also, and they are VERY happy with the staff and veterinarians. I feel very lucky to have found a veterinary practice that I can trust and I feel comfortable with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly practice with knowlegeable staff.

If you want rude and difficult office staff use this vet. I was out of town and had to use this vet with not much info to go on. Big mistake. Trying to get them to fax the records to our vet at home was like pulling teeth and I got an argument on why they needed them at all. Really? Seriously? The actual office visit was a waste of time with the vet and more rudeness from the staff. Unbelievable.
