These people have no customer service skills!! I have never delt with a company that cares so less! They think they are the only company in Michigan that can provide their service! I will never use these people again! I got my excavator back with more problems than it went in. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I had a insurance job, I sent over the check in March they held on to it till July and would have long if I hadnt called and found out my signature was missing. WHO DOES THAT! Not one phone call or never even attempted to send it back for a signature. Then they didnt want to ship it back to me when they were the ones that picked it up!!! They actually wanted to charge me to bring it back. That should have been figured into the invoicing from the begining!! Thier attitude is "oh well" I wish I never done business with them. Don't buy rent or service with this company!
