Poor Customer Service

I purchased a sofa from them and was treated like crap. After I refused the scotchgard treatment, I was double-teamed by salesmen to get the scotchgard ,but I stood firm. I also told them at the time of the purchase that I could not take a delivery until after 4pm. I was assured by the salesman that would not be a problem. When I was called to schedule the delivery I was told that they do not deliver past 3pm. She refused to help me out with this. I told her I would be in for a refund. She said O.K. I went in for the refund and was asked to talk to the delivery manager and found out that they make deliveries up to midnite on Friday nights. I contacted Art Van thru the internet and received a response that the local store manager would be in contact. I never heard from him.

Horrible Service

I purchased a bedroom furniture at the beginning of February. It was not complete so I special order some of it. This is my third delivery and I don't know what to think but their furniture has been damaged so I had to ask to take it back. Their repair person came and said that it is not fixable but their delivery man said it is so I am assuming they will do a quick fix that is giving me red flags. I asked the service rep to deliver my furniture first time in the morning and she reassured me that the manager promised this. Well, it has been almost 2 hours and no sign of them. CRAPPY SERVICE!!! I rather pay more and get want I want when I wanted.



This people are not reliable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
