Barnes Aerospace is a producer of machined and fabricated components and assemblies for aircraft engine and airframe builders. The company also provides component overhaul and repair for multiple commercial airlines and the military. Barnes Aerospace is the primary business of Barnes Group a diversified international company that provides precision metal parts and industrial supplies to industrial markets. The parent company consists of three separate businesses that employ nearly 4,000 people at more than 40 locations throughout the world. Barnes Aerospace specializes in manufacturing components for the compressor, combustor and turbine sections of jet engines. It also produces hot-formed and superplastic-formed assemblies and fabricated parts from titanium, inconel and other high-temperature exotic metals for ducting, firewall assemblies, bulkheads, exhaust nozzles, fairings, skins and structural details.
