Represented my daughter in personal injury case.

In my opinion he should retire. Did not know she was in auto accident, wrote motorcycle on paperwork, wrong date on paperwork, said she was "just a student" when she was full time employed by State of MI. Failed to do any depositions of daughters Dr's. Got mad when daughter would not sign low offer. Withdrew from case and let her go to trial without attorney as no one would take case after him. Very rude, and was hostile to daughter when I went to office with her.
