I can’t say enough about Cog. They changed my life and turned my life around. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you put in the effort you will see results. DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a scam to say the least! My boyfriend has a situation at work where he had to provide a clean sample to return to work. Mistakenly, he chose this place. He took his first test and was told it would take 3-5 days, it ended up taking 10 and he basically had to call and harass them, leave messages, and talk to several people to get a result. He was (finally) told it was invalid, he thought it was weird but decided to pay another $15 to take another. Needless to say, that one came back invalid and they were quick to mention another $15 for another one. My boyfriend told the guy he drank water daily, and the man made it out to be some type of mistake. He refused to take another, as he realized this had to be a scam. Meanwhile, his employer was getting impatient for a clean sample and our family was threatened with him getting fired. When his employer contacted the company, his counselor made my boyfriend out to be a liar and said he was cheating his way through the tests. But this is NOT what he told my boyfriend. This place is just concerned with getting their money, they're truly terrible people that will ruin your life and leave you unemployed without caring one bit. If you're in that position, please save yourself the hassle and stress by NOT going to cognitive counseling in Lansing.
