Provided by YP.comThis was my first stay in a B&B and it was a great experience. Our room was lovely and I peeked in many of the other rooms and all were very nice. The house was very conveniently located to Downtown and Old Town Lansing- even walking distance if you want. The host, Diane, was warm and friendly and always available. AND she made a great breakfast. I will definitely stay there again.

Provided by YP.comIf you want a comfortable bed in a beautifully decorated room and a delicious breakfast to wake up to then you've found what you're looking for at the Cozy Koi. It's a wonderful resource for Lansing and Diane was a gracious and very helpful host. We only live a few miles away but my husband and I loved our "stay-cation" and will definitely book another room in the future for a relaxing get away.

Provided by YP.comA fine b&b for a stay in Lansing. Warm, inviting atmoshphere with a congenial and knowledgeable hostess. We wanted lodging near Old Town for Bluesfest and this lodging fit the bill perfectly. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and excellent food. If you appreciate antiques this is the b&b for you. I definitely recommend the Cozy Koi.

Provided by YP.comJust lovely! The Cozy Koi is a beautiful historic house, complete with a serene koi pond and landscaped backyard that makes it hard to believe one is downtown Lansing. The owner was very friendly, helpful and made us feel right at home - especially with her delicious pumpkin pecan pancakes in the morning! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting more cozy and welcoming accommodations than the nearest hotel. Very easy to find and get around town from.
