Very Impersonable

I recently visited Delphi and although they have a wide selection, I found their staff impersonable and unable to tell me about different products. I will stick with my local glass supplier where I know I can get one on one attention and service. I'll only be using Delphi as a last resort supplier. Beware of the big box store!

I took a beginner's bead making class there last summer and had a great experience. The teacher was very knowledgeable, the staff was great, and they had just about everything you needed there to make glass art, even kilns. Best part, at the end of the class I got to bring home my own glass beads. I would definitely suggest this store to anyone interesting in arts and crafts.
