Called to place a delivery order at 10:00 a.m. today (staff is usually rude). When my call was answered I was immediately asked to hold (however, I was not placed on "hold," the female who answered the phone must have simply placed the phone down). While on "hold" I could her the female who answered complaining (to either another employee or customer) about having to work yesterday (Sunday), how she doesn't like working on Sundays, and she had to work with Rosa and she hates working with Rosa because Rosa just sits around and doesn't do anything. This goes on for about 4 minutes. I finally place my delivery order and am told it will be about 45 min. At 11:30 a.m. they still haven't arrived with my lunch. I call them to ask what was going on... was told that there was only one delivery person, they should be pulling in anytime. (No apologies, just matter of fact). The delivery guy finally arrives at 12:05 (2 hours 5 minutes after I place my order). We tell him no thanks and he simply says okay and leaves.... again no apologies, no explanation, nothing!!!!

The food was greasey. It made me sick

Placed a order at 2:50am, they said it would be 45mins to a hour. once 4:15am came around and i was yet to receive any food or phone call thinking maybe there lost, i decided to call only to find out they closed at 4am and don't answer the phones after that... the real icing to the cake is that they still charged my card , its now been 4 days now and its still on there, never gain!!! #famoustaco #boycott #ripoff #scam

the food is great and so is the service

dirty, dirty, dirty and half the quality of chandler rd! looks like a trshy version of the one in east lansing. do the same people even own this one?

i love the food and any place delivering mexican is cool in my book
