I would advise against choosing Mr. Hocking for your important legal needs. If it is important that he files paperwork with your name spelled correctly, returns your phone calls or e-mails, and gets facts right then I would suggest you look elsewhere. Mr. Hocking has built a solid network and reputation which gets him by. He was a former judge who was sanctioned (doesn't actually happen to often) for the way he mistreated a woman attorney in his courtroom. His attitude/behavior hasn't changed much and it has trickled down to his staff. They will treat you like junk, get stuff wrong, and then act like they did a good job.
