Awesome service, exceptional customer service!

Granger Trash bought out Northwest Refuse in Jackson. I miss the customer service of Northwest. Even if I didn't make putting the trash at the end of the driveway they would still take it if my trash can was visible on the driveway. They do come early and I don't put my trash out the night before because if it's windy it seems to blow out and I don't like littering. Northwest Refuse would even come back to my house if I called and they used to help me get all my recycles. I miss good service.

I was so relieved when my trash removal man told me this morning that no one will lose their jobs when you switch to the automated trucks..Knowing this means a great deal to me as a customer..We have so enjoyed the service your people give us..I don't know our crew by name..they pick up on Vans Court...They are friendly and not only pick up at the same time every week- they ALWAYS set our container back in the exact spot and very neatly..by turning it sideways it let's me know they have picked it up..keeping me from making unnecessary trips to the curb..I just want to recognize the great workers you employ..and thank you as a company for making sure they all have jobs at a time when most companies are looking for ways to cut their employees..Thank You Granger.

Granger has come a long way from the days of Rodney Lewis, who had an unfortunate accident. I believe it was poor training. If you have a scheduled pick up at, say 7:00 AM, you better have your trash out there before, way before, the scheduled time. It's just the way it is. Imagine you are the trash guy driving a big 'ole truck. Anything and Everything can slow you down. But then again you could be early for the pickup. Stuff happens. Brett and his company do the best job possible. I like that they use two workers to a truck. It also helps to see some Biblical scripture. On occasion it puts me in my place. Overall Granger does a better job than the green trucks that fly down our residential streets. Bottom line, get your trash out the day before.

I think they do a wonderful job. This is not easy and I go from Florida to Michigan each year and never have issues. Thanks for the great service.

Very poor customer service trash people who don't like to pick-up trash for example I was watching from the front window one day I had been putting the trash out the night before because Granger doesn't have time set up for people they my come early and they my come late but if you miss the Granger trash Man they will Not come back and you will still have to pay and if you call and say something they just don't care, they my tell you oh we'll like they told me. Furthermore, I watched from my window the Granger Trash pick-up Man get mad at the amount of trash I had and throw some of it back in the yard yes the trash-man trashed my yard I could believe it it scared me. Meanwhile, I call and tell someone about it and what do I get? A restriction on how much trash I can have, and me being told I'm untruthful. That is what Granger will do for you.

They are NEVER consistent with their trash pick up. I have been dealing with them for over 3 years. Last year they were never there before 2:30 in the afternoon and then randomly would show up at 7 am. For the last 8 months they have never been here before 9 am. I put my garbage out this morning at 8 am and they had already been through. Putting trash out the night before is not usually the smart choice with all of the animals in the area and Granger will not dispose of any garbage that has been pulled out of a container. Not a satisfied customer to say the least. I would definitely tell a friend to go with another company.
