Lake Lansing Road Animal Clinic is great! My dog, Howie, got fixed about a month ago and was under their care for the day. They treated him like their very own pup and made sure he was comfy and stress-free when I picked him up after the surgery. The staff were extremely thorough with the verbal and written instructions on post-op care (and super transparent with all of the pricing beforehand too), and he healed up quickly with very minimal discomfort during the process. They also called to check in on him a few days after the procedure which was super thoughtful. Thanks to the awesome team at this clinic for providing Howie with the best care possible! He’ll be coming back for boarding services in the future :)

I take my two dogs and cat here for boarding and vet services. The staff and doctors are always so pleasant and you can tell they really care about my pets. It's also nice to walk into a vet clinic that doesn't smell like a dog...the place is always so clean and rarely have to wait to see a doctor. I couldn't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

We had to board our dogs there recently. We feel like it was far too expensive, though part of it was our fault for not inquiring what the charge would be beforehand for every item. What made me especially mad, though, is that when we brought our dogs home after a one night stay they both dashed for the water bowl and kept pushing each other to get to the water until I put down another bowl of water, at which time both dogs drank a ton. Then when we brought our stuff in I noticed that my one dog didn't have nearly enough food out of the container (we'd packed his food and knew how much we'd given) to account for two meals being eaten. I put some food down for him and he wolfed it down, when he's usually a pretty reserved eater.



Their behavior after arriving home made me worried about the level of care they received while we were out of town. My one dog definitely did not get enough food even though we gave thorough instructions. Both dogs acted as though they had not received nearly enough water. We will be looking into another boarding kennel for our dogs, and/or resigning ourselves to having to travel with them everywhere we go.
