Provided by YP.comBetter than my family doctor. They got me in and out in less than an hour. they gave me a work note, prescription, and a lot of great advice. Thanks, lansing urgent care!

Provided by YPmobileThis is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. I'm pretty low key so I don't try to go out of my way to say bad things, but I have never been treated as badly as I was here. I filled out my paperwork, paid the copay $30, and told the first person who came in what was wrong. I waited for literally a half an hour before the assistant "doctor" came in and asked me what was wrong. I told him about my pain which he was completely rude about, saying it was entirely my fault and I was taking the wrong medicine. I would have loved that advice if it didn't come with his cocky tone. He then told me there was nothing he could do then left. I might not be the smartest person in the world, but I know that is not how patients should be treated. I will NEVER go back.

Provided by YP.comI wish there was an option to give 0 stars since that would fit my review much better.
I have visited the other locations without a problem. So when this new "Lansing Urgent Care" location arrived on West Saginaw in Lansing. I delighted to think I did not have to drive so far for good service when my primary care doctor was not available and when the er was over kill for common sickness.
They have done fantastic job with the interior of the old bank.
I was greeted with a friendly smile and I was hopeful that I would get in and out quickly as there was only one other person ahead of me.
I was shown a room and the female tech asked me a few questions, took my vital signs. The x-ray tech that came in next to take a strep throat culture "Todd" was very rough around the edges and needs to learn some proper bedside manner.
The "doctor" Russ was also less then helpful. My Blood pressure was extremely high and when I asked them about it they told me nothing. My strep throat culture came back negative at the office. So instead of thinking that it may be some other sickness I was told it was just viral, handed me 2 papers and said goodbye.
There was no other information told to me how to properly take care of the virus and I was hurdled out like cattle. It was the biggest waste of my time and money. I would have rather have taken my $35 insurance co-pay and lit it on fire.
Stay away from this location. Drive the extra distance to the location in Frandor where they actually seem to care about the patients and helping them feel well then just taking your money.
