Luxe have a great selection but poor customer satisfaction results....I bought a wig a week ago and got it home open it and saw it had a bright red color mixed in it so I took it back to see if I could exchange it.I was told no but the receipt said you can't exchange on sale item wigs and the one I bought wasn't on sale! I'm going to spend my 5.00 credit and I will never shop there again! The same thing happened to me at Youngs and they let me exchange it with no problems because the tags were still attached so that's who will get ALL MY Business!

my girlfriend and i went to this store two weeks ago to buy hair for her and lady who works there told us that it was good human hair and it should last long time. But after two weeks it is nothing but tangled mass. my girlfriend was so upset that she told me she is going to return the hair and get different hair but i told her not to go back because who knows what kind of junk hair they might try to sell. my advise is if you want to visit this store just throw your money down the drain
