I'd give 0 stars if I had the option to. They overcharge , actual price isn't even near the quote. Never do business here.

I brought my computer in today for a nasty virus. I spent hours (many) trying to repair my computer on my own to no avail. The harder I worked on my computer the worse it became. I finally gave up when I lost all the data on my hard drive and access to all my programs. Dan removed the virus and restored all my data. My computer is running better than it has for a long time. The best $50.00 I have spent in a very long time!

I would not take my toaster to get fixed by the kids at PC Perfect!



From what seemed like a power surge due to a lightening storm in October of 2011 our computer and TV were basically fried. We took both items to PC Perfect as well as filed an insurance claim.



Dan checked both items out and acted like he could fix them easily. He gave us a quote that was under our insurance deductible so our claim was closed. We decided not to have him fix the computer because it was so old, but Dan said he could fix our TV within about 2 weeks.



After in had been 2 weeks with no word I called the PC Perfect number, which was answered by a "new worker" just like you would answer your home phone. He didn't know anything about what was going on with my TV. Two days later I get a voicemail that says "Um, we don't have the part for your TV so you are going to need to pick up your stuff, Click."



Once I called PC Perfect back to see what the problem was the "new worker" answered again. I could hear Dan in the background telling him what to say, so I just asked to talk to Dan. Basically, he said that he couldn't get the part for the price he quoted me because he couldn't find it on Ebay anymore. He would have to get it from the manufacturer which would cost way more, and wouldn't be worth it.



At this point I was pretty upset for numerous reasons. First of all, there is a definite lack of professionalism. Secondly, if Dan would have just said it was going to cost more to fix the TV and the computer, we could have just made the insurance claim and had both fixed or replaced. Third, I feel like if you tell someone you can fix something for a certain price in a certain time period then you should do it.



Very bad business. Very unprofessional. Would never take anything there again!
